Google has released Android 6.0 Marshmallow image for their Nexus devices. The Nexus devices are Nexus 6, Nexus 5, Nexus 9 Wi-Fi, Nexus 9 Cellular, Nexus 7 (2013) Wi-Fi, Nexus 7 (2013) Cellular, and Nexus Player.
If you are eager to taste Android 6.0 Marshmallow, all you need to do is download the factory image from here and flash your device manually install the software update. If you feel that you might go wrong somewhere then the over the air (OTA) update will roll out for these Nexus devices soon, so sit patiently and wait for the OTA update.
Motorola has already released the list of devices for Android 6.0 Marshmallow. So, all the Motorola users you need to wait until the company released the image or the OTA update.
