Asus Pegasus 5000 Launched with 4850mAh Battery

Asus has launched the Pegasus 5000, the company's new Pegasus series smartphone in China. It is available in Blue and Golden colors and is reportedly priced at Rs. 1,299 yuan (US$ 197 / Rs. 13,390 approx.) for the 2GB RAM variant and 1,799 yuan (US$ 273 / Rs. 18,545 approx.) for the 3GB RAM variant. The main highlight of this smartphone is its 4850mAh battery capacity. No word on global roll out yet.

Asus Pegasus 5000 features 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection powered by 1.3 GHz Octa-Core 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 processor and 2GB/3GB RAM. It has an internal storage of 16GB and can be expanded via microSD up to 32GB. It sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front facing camera. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Zen UI on top and has 4850 mAh battery.
