Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 and Redmi Note 2 Prime Launched with 4G LTE, MIUI 7

Xiaomi has launched the new Redmi Note 2 and Redmi Note 2 Prime with the new MIUI 7custom ROM based on Android 5.0 Lollipop at an event in Beijing, China. It will go on sale in China starting from August 16th.

 Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 3G variant comes in Dark Grey, White, Blue, Bright Yellow and Pink colors and is priced at CNY 799 (approximately Rs. 8,000). Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 4G variant comes in Dark Grey, White, Blue, Bright Yellow and Pink colors and is priced at CNY 899 (approximately Rs. 9,000). Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime comes in Dark Grey, White, Blue, Bright Yellow and Pink colors and is priced at CNY 999 (approximately Rs. 10,000).

Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 3G and 4G variant features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display powered by 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795) processor with PowerVR G6200 GPU and 2GB LPDDR3 RAM. It has an internal storage of 16GB. It sports a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front facing camera. It runs on MIUI 7 based on Android 5.0 Lollipop on top and has 3060 mAh battery.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display powered by 2.2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795) processor with PowerVR G6200 GPU and 2GB LPDDR3 RAM. It has an internal storage of 32GB. It sports a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front facing camera. It runs on MIUI 7 based on Android 5.0 Lollipop on top and has 3060 mAh battery.
