Micromax launched Micromax Canvas Tab P690 with 3G connectivity and Voice calling capabilities. It is available in brushed metallic grey color and is priced at Rs. 8,999. It comes with freebies such as 6 free Kindle E-books, 1GB of free data for 2 months for Vodafone users, 3 months of free Saavn premium subscription, 6 months of free premium True Caller subscription, 1 month of free Hello TV subscription, Games include Angry Birds and Angry Brids Go with free in-app purchases and MAd app, which lets customers watch ads, and earn points and get money added to their phone balance etc.
Micromax Canvas Tab P690 features a 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) HD IPS display powered by 1.3GHz quad-core Intel Atom processor (up to 1.83GHz) and 1GB RAM. It has an internal storage of 8GB and can be expanded via microSD up to 32GB. It sports a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front facing camera.
