Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual Sim launched in India at Rs 9,199

Microsoft launched its first smartphone without Nokia branding - Microsoft Lumia 535 in India. The smartphone is priced at Rs 9,199 and will be available from November 28.

Microsoft Lumia 535 features a 5-inch IPS LCD qHD display (540x960 pixels) with 220ppi and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor and 1GB RAM. It comes with an internal storage of 8GB and can be expanded via microSD card upto 128GB. It sports a 5MP rear camera with auto-focus and LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfie fans. It runs on Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim update and has 1905mAh battery.

Microsoft launched the first Windows Phone smartphone under its own branding and named it Microsoft Lumia 535. Microsoft Lumia will be available in single SIM and dual-SIM.

Lumia 535 features a 5-inch IPS LCD display with a qHD (540x960 pixels), 220 ppi (pixel per inch) and Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset with 1.2GHz quad-core CPU with 1GB RAM. It has 8GB of internal memory which can be further expanded via a microSD card slot. It also offers 15GB of free OneDrive cloud storage.

Microsoft says, Today sees the launch of the new Microsoft Lumia 535, our “5x5x5” smartphone package bringing a 5-inch screen, 5-megapixel front- and rear-facing camera, and free integrated Microsoft experiences (such as Skype and OneNote) to more people at an affordable price. It will be available in cyan, bright green, bright orange, white, dark grey, and black.
