Alcatel Idol 4 with VR Headset Launched in India at Rs. 16,999

Alcatel has launched Idol 4 smartphone in India. The smartphone was launched at MWC 2016 earlier this year. It is available in Gold, Metal Silver and Dark Grey colors, is priced at Rs. 16,999. The smartphone will be exclusively available via online shopping partner Flipkart.

One of the unique features of Alcatel Idol 4 is the boom key, which is located on the right side of the device and allows users to get access to camera, gallery, videos, games and other applications. It has dual-speakers that offer a total audio output of 7.2 watts and has Waves MaxxAudio technology. It also comes with JBL stereo headset in the box.

Alcatel Idol 4 features 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS LTPS display powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 (4 x 1.7GHz + 4 x 1.2GHz) processor with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB RAM. It has an internal storage of 16GB and can be expanded via microSD up to 512GB. It sports a 13MP rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, PDAF, EIS and a 8MP front-facing camera with LED flash. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and has 2610 mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0
