Lenovo has launched K8 Plus smartphone in India. It is available in Fine Gold and Venom Black colors and is priced at Rs. 10,999 for the 3GB RAM version. The 4GB RAM version that will launch close to Diwali. The smartphone will be exclusively available via online shopping partner Flipkart starting September 7th.

Xiaomi has launched it first Android One smartphone dubbed Xiaomi Mi A1 in India. It is available in Black, Gold and Rose Gold colors and is priced at Rs. 14,999. The smartphone will be exclusively available via online shopping partner Flipkart, Mi.com, and the company's Mi Home stores from 12 pm IST on September 12. The smartphone will also be available via offline retail chains (including Sangeetha, Poorvika, Big C, LOT, UniverCell, E-Zone, Croma, and Vijay Sales) as well as Mi Preferred Partner stores, on the same day.
