Asus launched the Fonepad 7 (FE171CG) and MeMO Pad 8 (ME581CL) tablets in India. Asus Fonepad 7 (FE171CG) is available in black and white colors and is priced at Rs. 10,999 and the MemoPad 8 (ME581CL) is available in White, Pink and Blue colors and is priced at Rs. 19,999. It will be available exclusively through Flipkart.

Asus Fonepad 7 (FE171CG) features a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) IPS display with Anti-Fingerprint Coating powered by 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2520 processor with PowerVR SGX544 GPU and 2GB RAM. It has an internal storage of 16GB and can be expanded via microSD. It sports a 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front facing camera. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with ZenUI on top and has 3950 mAh battery.

Asus launched Fonepad 7 FE375CL with Android 5.0 lollipop and 4G LTE support. It is  priced at NT$ 7,990 (US$ 250 / Rs. 15,700 approx) in Taiwan and available in  Black and White colors. The global pricing and availability are yet to be revealed.

Asus PadFone mini Launched at Rs. 15,999 in India

Asus has launched PadFone mini in India at Rs. 15,999. The tablet with smartphone will be exclusively available through Flipkart.

Asus PadFone features a 4.0-inch WVGA 800x480, IPS with Capacitive Multi touch panel phone display and 7.0-inch  WXGA 1280x800, IPS with Capacitive Multi touch panel tablet display. It is powered by a 1.6GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor and 1GB RAM. It has 8GB internal storage and can be expanded via microSD card upto 64GB. It sports 8-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front camera. The phone has a 1200 mAh Lithium battery and the tablet has 2100 mAh Lithium battery.

Asus PadFone mini

Asus PadFone mini runs on Android JellyBean 4.3 which will be updated upto 4.4 KitKat with ASUS ZenUI.

The phone has a dimension of 124.42 x 61.44 x 11.2 mm and the tablet is 199.85 x 119.43 x 13.91 mm. Asus PadFone mini will be available in Charcoal Black, Pearl White, Cherry Red, Sky Blue, Solar Yellow colors.

Asus launched 3 Transformer Series Laptops and Tablets in India

Asus has added 3 new Transformer series devices in India. The new additions includes Transformer T200 2-in-1 laptop with 11.6-inch tablet, Asus Transformer 15.6-inch Flip Book with 360-degree rotating touchscreen,  and  Transformer Pad TF103 tablet.

Asus Transformer Book T200TA

The Transformer T200 2-in-1 laptop features a 11.6-inch HD (1366x768 pixels) touchscreen display. As it says 2-in-1 laptop it comes with a detachable keyboard. It features Intel Z3775 Bay Trail processor, 4 GB RAM and 32GB of in-built storage and runs with windows 8.1 OS. The Transformer T200 also has an 5MP rear camera along with 2MP front facing camera.

Asus Transformer Flip Book

The Transformer Flip Book comes in two variants with Intel Core i3 and i5 processors at Rs 47,999 and Rs 53,999 respectively. The flip book has a 15.6 inch HD display and comes with 360° rotating touchscreen. As it comes in two variants it is powered by  Intel Core i3 clocked at 1.9GHz and i5 processors. It comes with NVIDIA GeForce NV 820M discrete graphics with 2GB of video memory. It has 4GB RAM and comes with windows 8.1 OS.

Asus Transformer Pad TF103

The Asus Transformer Pad TF103 sports 10.1 inch display (1280 x 800) resolution. It has an internal storage of 8GB, 1GB RAM and runs with Android KitKat 4.4 . It also features a 2MP rear camera along with an 0.3MP front facing camera. It is powered by Intel Atom Z2560 1.6GHz dual-core processor and has 5070mAh battery. It is priced at Rs 19,999.
