Soon after Google rolled out Android 5.1 lollipop, Google has released the factory images for Nexus devices. Nexus 5 did not get the Android 5.0.2 update, it will be directly updated to Android 5.1 (LMY47D).
As of now there in no news for the OTA update for the Nexus devices, Nexus users can download the factory images and can update their devices to Android 5.1. The factory images are available for Nexus 5, Nexus 10 and Nexus 7 (WiFi) devices. You can download factory images for these from here.
